Returns

If for some reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, we will accept returns of your unworn jewellery, with its original packaging, up to 14 days after you receive your shipping confirmation. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on customised jewellery or sample sale items. Any return postage will not be reimbursed with the exception of faulty items. We are not able to refund customs duties or sales taxes incurred outside of the EU.
